You’ll get a welcome email with a check-in link as soon as your booking is confirmed
Follow the instructions to download the AeroGuest app. The app is required to receive your digital key. If you’re already using the app, your booking will automatically appear

Just as simple and pragmatic as our BoxHotels are designed, so is the booking and management process in the Aero-Guest app. Anyone who has ever stayed in a hotel knows how complicated the entire process can be. Even though booking is mostly done online nowadays, you still often rely on hotel staff for check-in and using your room. Service hours must be observed, and hotel rules followed. The key either has to be returned to reception every time you leave the hotel or carried around constantly. Losing the key can lead to hefty fees. The main entrance is locked after a certain time, requiring an additional key. Early check-out requires further arrangements to ensure staff availability. All of this belongs to the past with the Aero-Guest app! We have digitalized the entire process from booking to check-out so you no longer depend on staff. All you need is a smartphone and our Aero-Guest app!

How does the online check-in work?

If this is your first time with us, we will send you a welcome email or SMS with instructions a few weeks before your arrival. If you have stayed with us before and already have the Aero-Guest app, your reservation will automatically appear in the app. You can then make and manage bookings for our BoxHotels directly through the app. Your smartphone replaces the reception!
You will receive your room key digitally on your smartphone. This turns your phone into a door opener for the BoxHotel and your room door. This way, you always have everything you need at your fingertips and are not dependent on hotel staff. There’s no need to carry a physical key around anymore.
When checking out, you don’t have to return anything. To make your stay even better, the Aero-Guest app and its rewards program offer special deals and discounts on sightseeing, restaurants, and events near the BoxHotel!
